Anthony De Beer, 36
Anthony left the skies for the sea and started his first position in the yachting industry as a dayworker after being an airline pilot. Over the last 4 years Anthony has worked his way up through the ranks and qualifications to now be the Captain on Stalca.
Anthony has travelled all over Africa and has worked on yachts in the Bahamas and East Coast of America. He has now made his way across to the Mediterranean to experience Europe.
Anthony is a keen golfer and also enjoys competitive fishing in his spare time, he has experience as a fishing guide with charter guests, so will always gladly offer to take them off in the tender.
Anthony works well in a team and all of his previous yachts all said they would have him back in a heartbeat. We are very excited to welcome Anthony on Stalca this summer and he will be a great asset to the team.


Tracey Harker, 26
Tracey is a creative perfectionist, her enthusiasm shines through in everything she does, before joining Stalca this Spring she had previously been onboard for a few weeks during the refit. She described Stalca as having an incomparable romanticism that truly intrigued her so was thrilled to make the short list to join her full time.
Prior roles have seen her specialise in Israeli cuisine, traditional foods, pescatarian and for the crew; healthy and nutritious food including protein bowls and homemade muesli. Tracey enjoys a challenge and whatever you require she will enjoy preparing, she enjoys learning new techniques and menus. Tracey studied at university and was also a Maths tutor. She really seems to excel at everything she puts her mind to. As well as all things food, Tracey enjoys travelling, photography, yoga, water sports and staying active.

Charlotte Fortune, 35
Charly is passionate about healthy eating & nutrition to assist her running & yoga practice. Charly is RYA Dayskipper, PADI Divemaster, a qualified yoga teacher and loves running and the outdoors. Charly is very sporty and as well as being a keen runner and yoga practitioner she’s tried; SUP Yoga, windsurfing, water skiing, kayaking, road cycling, duathlon, hill walking, skiing, snowboarding & rock climbing. Charlie has stepped in last minute to complete the team.
